About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership, providing strategic and hands-on financial management to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and mission execution. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high service quality and regulatory compliance that the organization is known for. The CFO will lead all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, and will be responsible for managing the organization's complex funding structures, with a significant focus on federal and state funding. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong preference for those with a background in non-profit financial management. Experience with DDA, Medicaid funding, and housing-related funds is essential. The CFO will also oversee the IT department, so experience in this area is a plus. Key responsibilities include financial strategy and management, revenue cycle management, grant leadership, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager with a passion for financial stewardship, and will possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree or CPA/CMA designation highly preferred.
