FinancialEdge Credit Union is hiring a full-time Asset Recovery Specialist for their Bay City, MI location. Primary responsibilities include monitoring overdue accounts, communicating with members to collect overdue payments, filing, reporting, and other collection duties. Requires a high regard for confidentiality and discretion, excellent written/oral communication skills, and organizational/time management skills. A four-year high school degree or equivalent required. Two-year or higher post high school education or related field experience preferred. Strong knowledge of computer programs, bankruptcy filings/processes, court filings, and claims preferred.
