Job Description Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities for luxury gut renovations. Ensure all projects meet established quality standards and deadlines. Oversee and guide a team of skilled carpenters and laborers. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Report project updates and challenges to management as needed.
