Technical Sales & Support Specialist

Terronics Development Corporation is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Sales & Support Specialist. This unique position blends sales expertise with technical knowledge, making it ideal for someone passionate about innovative technology and customer engagement. In this role, you will: Work closely with our President/Mechanical Engineer, gaining in-depth knowledge of our cutting‑edge electrostatic coating technologies. Participate in on‑the‑job training to master the product and industry, with the expectation of a minimum one‑year commitment to fully understand our processes and solutions. Accompany the President/Mechanical Engineer on sales calls. Act as the right‑hand person to the President/Mechanical Engineer, assisting with communication between clients and employees, and ensuring seamless project execution. Travel occasionally for sales calls, representing Terronics at industry events and client meetings.
