Maintenance Supervisor

This position is responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff, in partnership with the Community Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a consistent commitment to an excellent customer experience.Duties/Responsibilities:Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectivesFollows practices for the safe operation, maintenance and repair of all on-site equipment, including compliance with all health, safety and OSHA programs, policies, and proceduresResponsible for detailed turnover of apartments, including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, appliance maintenance, and completion of a detailed make ready checklistResponds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours "on call" maintenance requests. Participates in the on-call rotation with the rest of the Maintenance TeamAssists with the inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper maintenance and standards are achieved and sustained Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all timesCompliance and attention to company policy while maintaining a high level of customer serviceParticipates in training workshops and safety meetings as necessarySkills/Abilities:1-3 years relevant maintenance experience requiredAble to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environmentExcellent customer service skills, strong attention to detailMust be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shiftsMust be able to work weekends and be available for on call emergenciesMust have reliable transportationMust have own hand toolsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to lift 50 poundsTarget Pay Range:$15.00 - $100.00Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. #J-18808-Ljbffr Idm-Companies-1
