Maintenance Supervisor - 5619

Maintenance Supervisor (ID: 5619) Location: Portland, OR, US. Salary: $58,000 – $72,000 annually based on experience. Additional 5% language differential for bilingual/multilingual candidates. Responsibilities Daily monitoring, entry, assignment, and documentation of work orders in the software system. Provide daily supervision and delegation of tasks to maintenance technicians. Participate in hiring, discipline, and termination of maintenance staff. Perform or delegate routine preventive maintenance such as replacing air filters, inspecting plumbing leaks, caulking bathrooms, replacing ceiling tile grout, painting, etc. Ensure timely completion of all tasks and maintain accurate records. Obtain necessary safety and regulatory compliance knowledge as required. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day). Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $4,833 – $6,000 per month (DOE/Credentials). Qualified for PSLF Program. 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual staff. General knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state and federal regulations, and safety procedures. Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team. Valid driver’s license; must maintain a safe driving record and be eligible for a DHS criminal background check. Physical & Other Requirements Must frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, operate various tools and machinery (including exposure to vibration and noise). Must lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds, maneuver bulky items. Occasional sitting, talking, listening, crawling, and completion of crisis‑deescalation and CPR trainings.
