Position Type: Contract, Onsite. 10 Weeks Contract.

Required:

• Experience using Epic
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical office, patient services, or intake coordination role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and multicultural environments.
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing). Arabic-speaking candidates will receive strong preference.
• SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless intake and scheduling experience while coordinating essential administrative and clinical support functions.
• Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars.
• Collect, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation.
• Track referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation.
• Monitor and respond to phone messages, patient communications, and email correspondence.
• Upload and manage patient images, records, and other clinical documentation within designated systems.
• Maintain accurate patient information and records.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to facilitate patient care.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
