Now Hiring: Data Entry ClerkLocation: Olympia, WA | Industry: Nonprofit Employment Type: Temporary | Approximately 4 Weeks Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM | 36 Hours/Week Pay: $22.00/hrAbout the JobExpress Employment Professionals is partnering with a local nonprofit organization that provides services and support to individuals with disabilities to fill a temporary Data Entry Clerk position.This role is all about accuracy, organization, and follow-through. You will be responsible for entering important information into client records using a very specific format and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time. Timely data entry is especially important because complete and accurate client records are tied to the organization's funding requirements.While the primary focus is data entry, this isn't a position where you'll work uninterrupted all day. You'll also interact with clients and team members throughout the day, so the right person needs to be friendly and approachable while being able to handle interruptions and easily pick back up where they left off.This is a temporary position expected to last approximately four weeks. The organization considers the 36-hour schedule full-time.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter client information and documentation accurately into the organization's databaseFollow specific formatting and documentation requirements for all data enteredEnsure required information is entered completely and within established deadlinesReview work carefully for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyMaintain organized and accurate electronic client recordsFollow established processes for handling confidential client informationInteract professionally and respectfully with clients as needed throughout the dayManage interruptions while maintaining accuracy and returning to unfinished workCommunicate with team members regarding missing information or documentation questionsProvide additional administrative and data entry support as neededWhat You Bring• Previous data entry, administrative, office, or similar experience preferred• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software and processes• Experience with SETWorks is not required; training will be provided• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy• Ability to follow specific formatting, documentation, and data-entry procedures• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Ability to work efficiently and meet important documentation deadlines• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and interruptions without losing track of work• Strong people skills with a friendly and professional approach when interacting with clients• Dependable with strong follow-through• Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client informationReady to Apply?
