Service Transformation & Performance Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and drive service transformation initiatives across clinics and care settings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and community partners to support programme implementation, coordination, and engagement. Develop and streamline workflows, SOPs, and service models to improve operational effectiveness and adoption. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct data extraction, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs. Translate business requirements into meaningful data definitions, metrics, and reporting solutions. Analyse operational data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Prepare management reports, presentations, and updates on key initiatives and performance outcomes. Requirements Min. Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, service transformation, or data analytics roles. Experience in KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and dashboard development tools such as Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with strong coordination and execution capabilities.
