Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and willingness to take on increasing responsibility over time.Experience supporting onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or employee programs. Experience working within an HR department in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment. Experience with SharePoint, intranet platforms, or HRSS systems.
