Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Business Analyst II for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients in West Point, PA. This position is hybrid

This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. The Business Analyst II  will support Global Clinical Supply (GCS) financial processes by developing and maintaining expense models, analyzing key cost drivers, and delivering clear data-driven insights. The role requires strong proficiency in advanced Excel formulas, Power BI DAX coding, and Power Query/data connection management to translate business rules into accurate reporting solutions. The successful candidate must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight while meeting tight deadlines and supporting evolving financial models.

Key Responsibilities

• Support GCS financial processes, expense modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for business planning and long-range planning.
• Analyze cost drivers, trends, and key variables to improve financial models and support data-driven decision-making.
• Build, maintain, and enhance analytical tools and Power BI reporting solutions, including automation and query-based data connections.
• Support pillar leads, suppliers, relationship managers, OEM leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align deliverables with business objectives.
• Support process improvements, what-if scenario planning, and business case development for expense management initiatives.
• Execute tactical and analytical work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Scientific discipline, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, supply chain analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, financial modeling, and high-volume data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX coding, Power Query, and data connection management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and execute detailed work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, suppliers, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with SAP ECC, clinical development or manufacturing supply chain, and project management.
