Leasing Agent

Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a part‑time Leasing Agent to our growing team. Primary office location will be based out our property in Waunakee, 3 days per week. General office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-4:30pm. Evening showings occasionally required based on occupancy needs, no later than 6:30pm. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is friendly, motivated, energetic and enjoys variety in their workday! General Description Promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. Create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus. Duties and Responsibilities Prospects Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents. Invite prospects to tour. Record traffic and leasing activity. Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view. Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial Lease Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork. Walk through units to ensure they are ready. Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums. Promote other income items. Resident Retention Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties Requirements Work Experience Requirements Experience in working with the public and/or sales Knowledge of professional business discipline Educational Requirements High School diploma or GED Grow within our team Full‑time Employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance within 30 days of hire date and 401(k) with match after 30 days!
