Learn more at .What You’ll Do:Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Website UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences, evolve our design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
