Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator/Laser Operator- $26 - $39 depending on experience

1st Shift 5:30am-3pm Mon-Th and 6am - 10am Fri OT is being worked currently

2nd Shift 3pm - 1:30am Mon-Th (+$2 shift diff)

Job Description

in blueprint reading, HVAC sheet metal, sheet metal assembly, press brake operations, and using a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lasers and other fabrication machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate sheet metal components.
• Work with press brake and turret punch press tools.
• Ensure precision in measurements and dimensions using tape measures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience with CNC lasers setup and operation.
• 1+ year of experience in blueprint reading.
• Experience in nesting is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in sheet metal assembly and press brake operations.
• Strong technical aptitude and math skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $39.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Dayton,MN.
