Program Manager, Reentry Welcome Center (Waterbury)

Community Partners in Action is seeking a Program Manager for the Waterbury Reentry Welcome Center. This role involves overseeing all program services, ensuring compliance with agency requirements, and leading a team of case managers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and at least three years of supervisory experience. The position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, knowledge of the criminal justice system, and a commitment to community engagement.
