POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the shipping, inventory and/or receiving systems as well as maintains the safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures in the warehouse. 3+ years' supervisory experience with a proficiency in third party services including sequencing, kitting, repack, deconsolidation, and bulk and small lot metering. Coordinates activities with other departments and implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness. Assists leadership with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions. Coordinates and monitors the contents of shipments that arrive and leave Comprehensive Logistics. Plans, assigns, and directs the work of hourly team members. Rewards, provides corrective action, addresses complaints, and resolving problems of team members. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have 3 years of materials and logistics experience in a warehouse environment. 2+ years leading/directing hourly personnel. Ability to be certified to drive a forklift. Ability to train others on processes and procedures and keep required documents. Lean manufacturing experience desirable. Must be a self-starter. Must have excellent oral and written communication skill. Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
