Facilities CoordinatorFacility Coordinator supports both site operations and event execution at the Shell Woodcreek campus. This dual-role position is critical to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility while also delivering high-quality, well-coordinated events that enhance employee engagement and site culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSite EventsCommunicates with the Houston Site Manager and event support team of event requestResponds to event inquires within timely manner (24 hours of event request) to begin event coordination process; inclusive of correspondence with event hostHolds reoccurring meetings with all FM & event support team to include action items.
