Animal Medical & Surgical Hospital of Frisco is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets Schedule appointments and manage the front desk Answer phones and assist with client questions Process payments, collections, and billing Maintain accurate patient and client records Communicate with clients and the veterinary team Support veterinarians, technicians, and hospital leadership Provide exceptional client service throughout every visit What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Veterinary experience preferred, but not required AVImark and veterinary terminology experience are a plus Animal care, medical office, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful Bilingual candidates are a plus!
