Position Overview
- Support clients with organizing travel arrangements and itinerary components
- Review reservation choices across approved supplier platforms
- Share helpful insights aligned with traveler interests and expectations
- Coordinate confirmations and assist with adjustments when needed
- Respond to client questions using email, phone, and messaging systems
- Track updates and maintain accurate planning documentation
- Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development activities
- Remote work environment with flexible scheduling structure
- Step-by-step onboarding support and continued learning access
- Exposure to professional booking tools and supplier resources
- Eligibility for incentive opportunities and travel-related benefits

- Clear written and verbal communication skills
