Events Data Coordinator

Detail-oriented and analytical, the Events Data Associate will work remotely on a long-term contract basis, focusing on data management, reporting, and coordination for the Client's Governance and Events Team using platforms such as Salesforce and Cvent. Key responsibilities Generate and distribute event attendee reports from Cvent while ensuring data accuracy through regular cleaning Assist with event registration setup in Cvent and manage session data across various platforms Monitor event inboxes and respond professionally, providing support materials for committee meetings and maintaining SOPs Required qualifications Experience with Salesforce (Lightning) report generation and record management Proficiency in Cvent for event registration and data exports Advanced skills in Excel, including data cleaning and pivot tables Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence Attention to detail in identifying and correcting data errors
