Pay Range: $50hr - $53hr

Salesforce QA will work on the Salesforce platform to design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure product quality across all phases of the development lifecycle.

The role requires strong experience in quality engineering frameworks, object-oriented programming background, and full stack testing (frontend and backend), with strong expertise in Agentforce work.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum 6+ years of QA experience.
• Experience in 3–5 Salesforce projects.
• Strong experience in Agentforce work.
• Extensive UI testing experience in Salesforce core clouds.
• Strong experience in writing SQL queries and post-data migration validations.
• Strong understanding of software testing strategies and approaches.
• Experience testing web-based applications in SaaS architecture.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed teams.

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of QA experience in Salesforce testing.
• Experience in at least 3–5 SFDC projects with a minimum of 6 months in each project.
• Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand project objectives and gather test requirements.
• Design, develop, and manage testing artifacts ensuring proper reuse, versioning, backup, organization, and retention.
• Execute test cases across Salesforce applications to ensure product quality.
• Compile test results and prepare formal and informal reports.
• Communicate test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
• Integrate test automation into continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ensure quality engineering practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Should Have:

• Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Strong technical and QA skills with knowledge of testing strategies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of full stack testing (frontend and backend).
• Experience with quality engineering frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
