Principal Specialist, GOV Compliance - Phoenix, AZ Location: 1007 E University Dr, Phoenix, AZ. Job Type: On-site. U.S. citizenship required. No security clearance required. What You Will Do Assure compliance with contract requirements, regulations, and company policies for managing customer property. Perform transactional activity and reporting for designated programs as required. Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to ensure compliance with established processes. Support internal and third‑party assessments/audits and drive corrective actions. Establish, implement, and monitor designated business plans assigned by management. Generate accurate and timely property status reports and metrics for management and customers. Perform all property closeout activities, including disposition actions and loss reports for assigned programs. Assess procedures routinely and provide suggestions for streamlining and improvement. Partner with Contract Management and Program Management to ensure property‑management requirements are met. Conduct and schedule property‑management compliance and awareness training sessions. Comply with EH&S policies, GTC policies, and other applicable regulations. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Make moderate improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance performance. Travel up to 10% of the time. Qualifications You Must Have University degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum 3 years of experience. U.S. citizenship is required. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Qualifications We Prefer Previous government property management experience. Experience with physical inventory and material handling. National Property Management Association certification (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM). FAR and DFARS knowledge and ability to read and apply regulatory requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP (or comparable ERP), SharePoint, Sunflower, and PIEE. Ability to work in a team environment and drive change.
