Principal Specialist, Payroll

Responsibilities Ensure the accurate and timely processing of U.S. expatriate payrolls. Process U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review. Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures. Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service. Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required. Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in U.S. payroll processing. In‑depth understanding of expatriate payroll administration. At least 2 years of experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5.
