Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a one-week project to join our team. In this role, you will stack bags into machines and perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards and pack onto pallets. The ideal candidate will operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work area, and collaborating with team members across departments to support smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating the sewing/bag machine.
• Loading materials into the machine.
• Inspecting sewn bags for quality defects.
• Monitoring production and handling finished products.
• Following safety and quality procedures.
• Working with coworkers to keep production running efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Able to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to muli-task
• Ability to work at a fast pace

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
