The general contractor is hiring a Project Manager - Commercial Interiors in New York, New York due to growth and strong pipeline.
Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial interior construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Oversee project closeout, ensuring all deliverables are met and documentation is complete.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
