Step into a meaningful opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing maternity leave coverage in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the chance to work collaboratively with dedicated staff across two elementary schools near Brockton, MA. You’ll have the unique experience of splitting your caseload evenly between two dynamic environments—one featuring a specialized language program and the other offering a learning center and an Integrated Specialized Services (ISS) program.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in school settings, especially elementary, strongly preferred
• Ability to support and collaborate with educational staff, families, and students
• Demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with language programs, learning centers, and ISS populations a plus
• Able to work onsite and manage responsibilities across two school buildings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement behavioral intervention plans
• Conduct skill assessments and collaborate on IEP development
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and aides
• Collect data and monitor progress, adapting interventions as needed
• Support staff training and model behavior-analytic strategies in varied classroom settings
• Serve as a resource for families, fostering communication regarding behavioral programming
