LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description Experience: Previous experience in caring for the mentally disordered and or acutely ill, preferred with a focus on crisis intervention and rapid stabilization. Preferred expertise in age‑specific competencies, mental health disorders, and chemical dependency. Licensure and Certification: [Preferred] Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) provider card. Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB). Duties: Provide clinical counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions and develop treatment plans Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in need Implement evidence‑based interventions such as behavioral therapy and cognitive‑behavioral therapy Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment Engage in case management activities, including referrals, advocacy, and resource coordination Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness Note: This job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive.
