Production Lead – ManufacturingWe're looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Lead to help guide daily production operations and keep the team working safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or food production experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.What You'll DoLead and support production employees throughout the shiftAssign team members to work areas based on production needsMonitor workflow, productivity, quality, and safetyTrain and guide new and existing employeesEnsure GMP, sanitation, food safety, and company procedures are followedMonitor attendance and workplace expectationsCommunicate staffing, production, and equipment concerns to managementMaintain production and training documentationPartner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothlyPromote a positive and team-oriented work environmentWhat We're Looking ForManufacturing, production, warehouse, or food-processing experience preferredPrevious lead or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentGMP and food safety knowledge is a plusBasic computer and documentation skillsBilingual skills are a plusDependable and comfortable taking initiativeWork EnvironmentMust be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment of approximately 35°F–45°FAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsComfortable working in a cold, wet, and fast-paced production environmentMust wear required PPE and cold-weather clothingOvertime and weekend availability may be requiredReady to take the next step in your production career?
