Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and rehabilitation needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement a variety of treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices to optimize patient outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress through accurate record-keeping, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective self-care strategies, proper usage of assistive devices, and preventive exercises to maintain and enhance mobility.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and literature reviews, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our network to provide integrated care solutions for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient services cater to a wide range of patients, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, those managing chronic conditions, and patients needing rehabilitation post-injury. You will be working with a diverse population, adapting your treatment approaches to fit the unique needs of each client, from pediatric cases to geriatric therapy, making a direct impact on their recovery and overall health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interactions and teamwork.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing a varied caseload and patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, providing you with foundational knowledge to excel in this role.
• Background in outpatient rehabilitation settings, particularly with a focus on diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits
