Flex and Flow of Motion Therapeutics is in search of a dedicated and licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Bradenton, Florida. In this full-time role, you will take on the vital responsibility of empowering patients to regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life. Work Environment

As a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist at our Bradenton location, you will enjoy a positive, onsite work environment Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The facility is designed with patient comfort and functionality in mind, promoting an atmosphere conducive to healing. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to provide comprehensive care, with opportunities for professional development and ongoing education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient based on their conditions and goals.
• Maintain a structured patient load, typically seeing one patient per hour, to ensure focused, quality care.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programming, to enhance patients' mobility and strength.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that reduce the need for medications and minimize reliance on surgical interventions.
• Document all patient interactions, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Foster a motivating atmosphere during therapy sessions to encourage patient participation and commitment to recovery.
• Collaborate with other health professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care for better patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor each patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating patients with orthopedic conditions within an outpatient setting. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, those dealing with chronic pain, sports-related injuries, and other mobility impairments. You will have the opportunity to make significant impacts on their rehabilitation journeys, guiding them to regain independence and pursue active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of disciplinary actions or board actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to efficiently manage patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings will be highly regarded. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a strong commitment to continuous professional development will set you apart as a candidate. Additionally, experience in motivating patients through educational and hands-on approaches is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
