Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Implement treatment programs encompassing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and educational interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, educating them about the rehabilitation process and expected outcomes while addressing any concerns they may have.
• Maintain meticulous adherence to safety and sanitation protocols, fostering a secure environment for both staff and patients.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, particularly spinal procedures. Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required and must be obtained prior to or during orientation.

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient orthopedics, particularly with patients recovering from spine surgeries, is essential.
