TheraPlay Child Orthopedic Center is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our dynamic team in Sarasota, Florida. This full-time role will primarily focus on delivering high-quality physical therapy services to our pediatric patients through innovative techniques and a personalized approach.

Work Environment

This position requires onsite work within a home care setting, where you will engage directly with clients in their personal environments. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric patients, assessing their clinical symptoms and creating individualized treatment plans that align with their developmental goals.
• Implement and execute tailored therapy interventions, adapting them as necessary based on ongoing progress assessments and patient feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and treatment plans, through our electronic record system to ensure compliance and effective communication among team members.
• Engage with patients and their families to explain therapeutic processes, guiding them through challenges and encouraging a supportive recovery environment.
• Monitor progress towards specific goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise while benefiting from diverse perspectives within the organization.
• Actively promote the company's culture and values, serving as an ambassador for the TheraPlay Child Orthopedic Center while championing best practices across all interactions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

• Flexibility to provide physical therapy services through both in-person visits and telehealth platforms when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
