Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific functional goals.
• Administer targeted therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic modalities to support recovery processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment progress and outcomes to ensure effective communication within the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a cohesive approach to rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and home programs to facilitate continuous improvement and self-management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. You will work closely with individuals ranging from athletes looking to return to high-level performance to seniors aiming to regain mobility and enhance their quality of life. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license or the willingness and eligibility to obtain one.

• A commitment to professional development and ongoing education within the physical therapy field.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, preferably within an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Additionally, a background in patient assessment and documentation using electronic health record systems will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
