Work Environment

This onsite position operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a stable work schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions thoroughly to create individualized care plans that consider personal health goals.
• Manage a focused patient load, dedicating adequate time to provide quality care and attention.
• Deliver expert orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience in physical therapy.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies that prioritize non-invasive interventions, reducing the reliance on medications.
• Design and modify therapeutic exercise programs tailored to enhance patients' strengths and address their specific limitations.
• Motivate patients by tracking progress and providing constructive feedback throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Document treatment sessions thoroughly using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure detailed patient records and care continuity.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
• Promote healthy living by educating patients on lifestyle modifications that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• An active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Florida is mandatory.
• Proven ability to demonstrate mastery in manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong background in developing and implementing exercise programs that yield measurable outcomes.
• Experience with EMR documentation, particularly with Web PT.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest research and techniques in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with current physical therapy methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and varying physical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Spring Mountain Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
