Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments by reviewing patients' medical histories and consulting with them about their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and create personalized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they understand how to perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, including stimulation and massage, to promote healing and enhance mobility.
• Assist patients in the use of rehabilitation equipment like wheelchairs and walkers to improve their functionality and independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress towards rehabilitation goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises that can support recovery.
• Coordinate with other treating medical professionals to ensure comprehensive, well-informed patient evaluations and care.

Qualifications
