In-Home Primary Care Physician — Geriatrics Focus

Pallitus Health

Pallitus Health Partners is seeking a Home-Based Primary Care Physician to deliver direct patient care in patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, and personal care facilities. You will supervise home-based PCP NPs, and manage chronic and acute conditions using established protocols. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, possess Kentucky licensure with DEA, and may have geriatrics fellowship training. Board certification or eligibility is required within five years, and a valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Pallitus Health
