Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Tabb, VA. VA license preferred.

• Shift Times: 8 hours: Preferred, 10 hours: Not Needed - but possible.
• Must offer a minimum of 2 weeks/month - not looking for PRN.
• OT: Not expected but offered.
• Day Shift: Required.
• In House Call: Preferred.
• Holiday (Shift): Preferred.
• Holiday (Call): Preferred.
• Cases: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Uro, GYN, Optho, Endo.
• Required Specialty: General.
• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 10.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
• What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
• Other notes about the site: rare MD solo cases.
• No new graduates.
• Must have at minimum 1 year to be considered.
• Accelerated Priveleges: Temporary 30 - 60 days
• Providers must be willing to start within 30-60 days.
• Credentialing: 30 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
