On behalf of our client, we're recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join a growing and supportive team. Whether you have payroll experience or come from an administration, finance or customer service background, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in payroll.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintaining employee payroll records and updating information.
- Responding to payroll and payslip enquiries.
- Supporting pension administration and statutory payments.
- Assisting with payroll reporting and compliance.
- Working closely with HR and Finance teams.
- Ensuring confidential payroll information is handled securely.
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous payroll, finance or administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
