Senior Credit Risk Analyst

As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing cash collections, minimizing bad debt, and supporting revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Credit, you will leverage your expertise in global B2B credit risk to deliver efficient processes and an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer financial statements and monitor account performance to assess credit risk. Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate credit requests and provide alternative solutions. Review and approve payment terms while ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Support acquisition integrations and contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance credit risk practices. Drive continuous improvement in credit granting and collections processes. Qualifications & Skills CCP certification or an accounting designation is considered an asset. 5+ years of experience in B2B credit, preferably within the software or high-tech industry. Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage change and drive process improvements. Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office. Highly organized, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement. Bilingual proficiency is an asset.
