Client Support Associate - Bilingual - Spanish

Location: Richardson, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8–10-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

About the Role:

A well-established North Texas law firm is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Support Associate to join our team. This role is critical to creating a positive first impression of our firm and supporting prospective clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, interviewing potential clients, verifying their information, and determining the viability of new cases. You’ll play a key role in connecting clients with the legal support they need—while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to prospective client inquiries via phone and other communication channels
• Interview and collect detailed client information with care and accuracy
• Evaluate potential leads and determine case eligibility
• Provide clear and compassionate guidance to prospective clients
• Effectively communicate the value of retaining our firm’s services
• Accurately input data and maintain records
• Collaborate closely with the legal and intake teams

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required
• Valid driver’s license – Required
• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales – Preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic listening skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations
• Comfortable working flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
