Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally. Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify insights, and report on key KPIs. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaigns. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing principles.
