Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and provide timely evaluations for clients, utilizing evidence-based tools to assist in crisis and behavioral guideline development.

• Maintain high standards of documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical practices within the field.

• Lead the implementation of positive behavior support plans in collaboration with colleagues across various departments, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment strategies.

• Participate actively in the organization’s licensing and accreditation processes, advocating for excellence in all aspects of service delivery.

• Serve as an essential liaison to local service systems and community partners, cultivating relationships and promoting collaboration to extend support for mental health initiatives.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting quickly to changing needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on assisting a varied client population, which includes individuals struggling with emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and understanding their unique histories and experiences is vital to delivering personalized care that promotes effective recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
