TTUHSC will not pay the $100,000 fee, if applicable.Position DescriptionSupports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.This position serves as the primary liaison for our six current rural residency training tracks. The coordinator will develop and maintain strong relationships with rural residents, hospital leadership, clinic leadership, site directors, faculty, and staff through regular on-site visits and virtual meetings. The goal is to strengthen collaboration, enhance communication, and support the continued success of each rural training site.Major/Essential FunctionsCoordinating resident schedules, interviews, educational activities, and program operations with rural site directors and staff.Monitor and track program metrics to ensure compliance with ACME requirements Assist with data collection and reportingSupport continuous program improvement across all rural residency sites. Required QualificationsHigh school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.Preferred QualificationsExperience with graduate medical education.
