Human Resources Coordinator

HR Coordinator | Full-Time - Tomball, TX We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join a fast-paced manufacturing organization in the Tomball area. This is a great opportunity to step into a key HR support role where you'll help drive smooth daily operations, support employees across the business, and contribute to a collaborative and people-focused HR team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the HR department- supporting onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and general employee support. What You'll Do: Support full HR administrative operations including employee records, HRIS updates, and compliance documentation Coordinate onboarding activities including new hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, background checks, and orientation scheduling Assist with recruiting coordination including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking updates Provide support for benefits, payroll-related data entry, attendance tracking, and PTO/leave documentation Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and help route issues appropriately Support employee relations documentation, HR meetings, and internal communications Assist with HR reporting, audits, compliance tracking, and documentation management Help maintain HR systems, files, trackers, and department resources What We're Looking For: Bilingual English/Spanish required 2-4 years of HR administrative, HR coordinator, recruiting coordinator, or similar experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
