Job Summary:
As a line cook in our fast-casual kitchen, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items efficiently and accuratetly, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and contributing to a postitive team environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values consistency, teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep ingredients and set up your station for efficient service
• Cook menu items quickly and accurately, following established recipes
• Manage multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality
• Keep your station clean, organized and compliant with food safety standards
• Support co-workers to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
• Assist with closing duties, cleaning and inventory checks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• ServSafe Food Handler certification required or willingness to obtain
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable team player that's able to follow systems and procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays (closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Culinary training is a plus, but not required
