Key Responsibilities Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Support the recruitment, training, and development of spa staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service. Help manage scheduling, inventory, and budgeting to optimize spa performance and profitability. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and special offers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all spa areas. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, treatments, and events that align with brand standards and customer expectations. Monitor spa performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in spa management or a related hospitality role. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Proficiency with spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in spa management or related field is a plus.
