Job Summary Walmart is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to support our corporate operations in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and department teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and databases with confidentiality and precision. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications for management. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics as needed. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing tasks effectively. Support HR and operations teams with onboarding, compliance documentation, and other administrative tasks. Perform ad hoc administrative projects to improve workflow efficiency and departmental productivity. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Positive, professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting bilingual teams or interacting with Spanish-speaking clients is highly desirable. Familiarity with HR or operations functions is a plus. Working Hours This is a hybrid role , requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM , with occasional flexibility required for special projects or executive support.
