About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in fund-level accounting, reporting, and back-office operations. This senior position is highly visible and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, ensuring best-in-class financial practices and supporting the firm's growth. The VP of Finance will be responsible for overseeing fund accounting and financial reporting across multiple private equity vehicles, managing and reviewing investor reporting, and leading all back-office operations, including accounting, audit, tax coordination, and compliance. The role also involves maintaining and enhancing internal controls, policies, and reporting processes, as well as acting as a key liaison to partners, investors, and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have 7-10+ years' of experience in private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, or fund operations, with a strong understanding of PE fund structures, waterfalls, and investor allocations. A background in a top-tier fund, administrator, or public/private accounting firm with PE exposure is essential, and a CPA is strongly preferred. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can also operate at a strategic level, and who is adept at managing audits, tax processes, and third-party service providers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting capital calls, distributions, and liquidity management, as well as assisting with fund structuring and operational scaling initiatives.
