Sr. Manager Field Reimbursement - West
Integra LifeSciences Corporation
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager of Field Reimbursement for the West region to drive reimbursement strategy and market access across wound, surgical reconstruction, neurosurgery, and ENT portfolios. This field-based leadership role partners with commercial teams and payers to optimize coverage pathways and accelerate technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional reimbursement strategy execution for Integra's surgical and wound care portfolios
- Execute payer strategies to expand commercial coverage and engage payer decision-makers
- Partner with regional sales leadership to align reimbursement initiatives with commercial objectives
- Design and deliver reimbursement training programs to field teams and healthcare customers
- Build strategic relationships with payers, government stakeholders, and hospital administrators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
- 7+ years payer relations, reimbursement, or health policy experience
- 5-10 years sales, marketing, or negotiation experience
- Deep expertise in coding, reimbursement, and public/private market access landscape
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of healthcare provider financial systems and operations across multiple settings
- Experience with government healthcare facilities (VA, DOD) preferred
