Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring disciplined execution aligned to BFSI delivery expectations. Coach Agile teams on Scrum values, Agile mindset, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to defined processes and audit expectations. Remove impediments and manage risks, especially those related to dependencies, regulatory constraints, security reviews, and environment readiness. Partner with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and clear definition of acceptance criteria in line with BFSI controls. Ensure transparency and reporting by tracking sprint metrics, delivery milestones, and risks using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Coordinate across onshore–offshore teams, vendors, and shared services to ensure smooth execution of large programs and releases. Support compliance and governance needs by aligning Agile delivery with BFSI standards, including documentation, approvals, and audit readiness. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager in BFSI or other regulated industries. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with the ability to balance agility and governance. Proven experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Rally. Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including engagement with business, technology, compliance, and leadership teams. Experience working in distributed/global delivery models under tight timelines and high‑visibility programs. Qualifications Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe (SASM) or equivalent. Domain exposure to Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Retail Banking. Experience supporting large transformation programs, regulatory initiatives. Bachelor of Computer Science.
